Patient presented with left leg pain when standing, cramps, restless legs, aching and pain, and varicose veins. Ultrasound evaluation revealed an enlarged left greater saphenous vein with reflux from valvular insufficiency with secondary varicosities in the calf. An EVLT and microphlebectomies were performed. The patient wore medical compression socks post procedure for two weeks. The photos above were taken before, one week after, and one month after the vein treatment.
